My daughter and I came in to Pearl Vision because we both needed new glasses. Took my time out on a Sunday to get this done. We waited for 15 mins, not once did we get acknowledged, no eye contact or anything. Its like we were invisible. it wasn't even busy. Two opticians were helping customers out. We were standing around for so long. At least acknowledge people that come into your store. You can say, I am just busy, please wait a few mins and i will assist you. I had a problem with reading fine print and doctor Kim was very patient and helpful. I'm very happy to get new glasses. Highly recommend Dr. Kim and Pearle Vision staff.

Likely one of the best purchasing experiences I've had in recent memory. Very accommodating and all of their staff were extremely knowledgable whether dealt with one only or muitple staff it was very seamless. I would highly recommend and their prices were very competitive.
