Horrible experience. I ordered and paid for my glasses and they still have not come in. Most of the time they do not answer the phone and when they do they tell me they are on the ups truck arriving that day and they will call me as soon as the truck arrives and of course the truck never arrives and I don’t receive my glasses. They have told me this 4 times now. I am in the process of disputing it with my insurance company but I can not go somewhere else’s until this is resolved . I visited Pearle Vision for the second time and had another excellent experience with Dr. Stanley D. Skolnick, O.D. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain every procedure to me. I have never worn contact lenses before, and he patiently taught me how to properly insert and remove them. I’ve been seeing Dr. Skolnick for 15 years following him to Pearl Vision, and I’ve consistently had a wonderful experience. Dr. Skolnick is extremely thorough and takes the time to address all of my concerns. I never feel rushed during appointments, which is rare these days.
