My family and I have been coming to this Pearle Vision location for years, and the experience is always great. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit as comfortable as possible. Sunny, in particular, is our go-to optician! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and truly amazing at what he does. He always has the customer’s best interest in mind and makes the shopping experience fun with his great sense of humour. 10/10 for both customer service and organization at this Pearle Vision. Highly recommend!
Very helpful! With my strong prescription, the associate suggested frames and lenses to est suit my needs.
Receptionist was VERY RUDE. I made appoinment confirming that they can claim 100% of insurance and then on the actual day of apt, she told she can only do the 80% and i need to pay from my hand. The way she explained it was also with very bad attitude.
I stopped by to pick up a pair of sunglasses and had such a great experience with Simrat. She was really friendly and easy to talk to, and she genuinely took the time to help me find something that suited my style. Really appreciate the great service, would definitely recommend her!
