Very great place!! I come every year the doctors and Desk ladies are amazing ! they always have availability! Just give them a call !
The manager was nice enough to call and figure out what happened with my son’s appointment on Friday. We had a big issue arriving 2 minutes late on Friday and she is getting us rescheduled and was very nice and apologized for the situation that occurred.
Very inconvenient and terrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled FOR 5:50, got there at 5:52 just to be told the doctor LEFT AT 5:50. I let them know I was on the way a few minutes before the appointment started (I was stuck at a red light down the street and it was 5:48 already) and was told SPECIFICALLY I would have to reschedule IF I were 5 minutes late but I was literally only 2 minutes late.
