Was followed around and stared at the entire time I was looking at frames and trying them on. Made me uncomfortable and I left and gave my business elsewhere accordingly.

My husband and kid have both gotten glasses at the pearl vision in the south hill mall (puyallup) Nikoda is the person who’s helped us she is very knowledgeable on all the things including the insurance stuff (which I am not). We will definitely be back!

Totally out of my expectations! I have a pair of glasses, bought from Japan, and the screw was unfortunately missing and the leg fell apart. Other stores couldn't find the right screw, but Sam from Pear Vision Grant Park said to leave it to him and that he would give me a call. A few days later, Sam left me a message saying my glasses were fixed and ready for pickup. I was ready and happy to pay for the service, but the shop declined to charge me! I was astonished!
