Super pleased, with my glasses and the care and patience that Sam offered in making sure that I left feeling confident on the Inside and the Out.
The staff member I got was either not very knowledgeable or has very poor customer service skills. Either way we returned our expensive useless product the next day. (Grant Park).

Went to the Grant Park location, and unfortunately I did not get the girls name that helped me but she was great to work with. Left me room to explore the glasses and the helped when I picked them out. She made the experience room and easy. She was also very knowledgeable.
I had a fantastic experience getting my new glasses, and I owe it all to Jigyasa. She was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the options with patience and really great advice. Thanks to her, I found the perfect pair that I absolutely love. I’m so grateful for her support—it made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!
