I’ve been coming here for years, and they are always kind, quick, and thorough. Great selection of frames, nice folks, never needed to go anywhere else.
Pearlvision provides extremely satisfactory services to the customers. They are very professional and courteous.
Please go to a different store. This store should not be supported due to poor ownership and management! Owner believes patients should be treated as an assembly line. Requires doctors to only spend 20 mins with each patient regardless of patient’s needs then go on to the next. Wants doctors and staff to up-sell you lenses or products that you may not need just to make a buck. Does not follow laws regarding breaks and lunch times. Requires employees to keep working. I had a great time choosing my new frames because their selection is quite broad in style and color. The customer service was great and it's really nice to be able to see again :)
