Our experience with Dr. Fernandez was great and she is amazing with seniors. BUT I don't recommend buying glasses at Pearl. My 80 yr old mom bought sunglasses off the shelf(no Rx and at regular price) and she had a headache after 10 mins of wearing. We tried to exchange them (less than 7 days from purchase) and they would not honour an exchange. Excuse was "due to covid". Be aware that public are free to try on glasses at store level and if the receipt does NOT state "no refunds no exchanges, all sales final" consumers have ... read more
