Im not sure how this place has so many positive reviews because the place I went to today I wouldn't recommend. I had a simple eye exam and somehow they tried to charge me for a diabetic work up which I didn't get or need. I explained that to them twice I think they thought I wouldn't notice or that I didn't know what diabetic work up entails. Also I felt really bad for this elderly lady who was in there who clearly needed help and there was no one to help her. The staff didn't feel professional. The guy up front clearly had... read more
My glasses came in bent. I was charged for a test and it was not informed about the price. Was not given a detailed itemized of what type of lenses I was ordering and how much they cost
Went in for my annual eye exam. Staff and the doctor were very nice, professional, and friendly. Kevin the optician was very helpful and helped me pick out frames and explained all of my options. I would recommend my family and friends to come here.
The best eye care center. Everyone is soo professional and helpful. I definitely recommend and they are soo good with kids.
