Very nice staff, helpful and very kind.
Too many personal questions asked on forms. I was the only patient there … Now I know why. I won’t go into details folks , find out for yourselves the way I had to experience for myself over and over at Pearle Vision at different locations. I don’t recommend it. Run for your life ! Get out of there !
They advertise walk-ins, but I called Pearl Vision just to confirm since it’s Sunday. They confirmed they do take walk-ins but when arrived I was told by two people they don’t take walk-ins. I called pearl vision on speaker phone and they told me on the phone in front of the receptionist that they do take walk-ins however I was refused service.
