Each time we come in, the entire team welcomes us and is very friendly. Melissa is always patient with my son when picking out frames. She remembers him by name and makes him feel special. The service is spectacular!
I scheduled my mother’s first appointment and informed the office that I would provide her insurance information before the appointment. I completely understand the need to verify her insurance coverage, but we were also prepared to pay out of pocket if it wasn’t accepted. Someone from their office called and said that if they didn’t receive her insurance information by the end of the day, they would cancel the appointment.
