I’ve been a loyal customer since this location opened, but today I was shocked by their policy. I had to cancel an appointment on short notice—something I’ve never done before—and was told that I’m no longer allowed to schedule appointments, only walk-ins. I understand the need for policies, but completely banning a long-time customer from booking appointments over one short-notice cancellation feels excessive and unfair. Disappointing way to treat loyal clients.
Kisha is an outstanding professional and an asset to the Azalea Square Pearle Vision. She takes the time to listen to the customer and address any questions or concerns they may be having. Her compassion, knowledge, and understanding is what all people in the customer service industry should try and strive for. I have also enjoyed my experience with Dr. Fullen as he is also very thorough.
Amazing service form being beginning to end!!! I was greeted before the door even shut! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Dr. took extra time to address my concerns and made me feel heard and seen. He also changed my world with his favorite contacts!! Holy cow!!! I can see!!!
I’ve been seeing the same doctor for my eye exams for the past 3 years and in December I had my 4th annual exam with them booked. I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic and likely to miss the appointment. I booked another exam a MONTH ago after I returned to town from the holidays and just THIS morning got a text saying my appointment I scheduled for NEXT week is cancelled.
