Today was my first time going to Pearle Vision. I got my glasses online from Zenni, and I accidentally sat or laid down on them. When I say they were crooked, it was like / that. One lense basically on my forehead and one on my eye. I didn't know if I could just walk into a place where I didn't get my glasses, and get them fixed. I have been going to this office for a few years but there hours and service is very har to get. Just like today I broke my glasses and they are not open onthis friday and will not open to Monday, So I go the wekend without glasses that sucks
First time at Pearl Vision and had a great experience. The staff was so helpful and sweet especially the young lady, sorry i didn't catch her name (short hair with glasses, so kind. Love my progressive glasses. I highly recommend Pearl Vision!!!
