Beware of Melissa at this location. We had a horrible experience. There was only her way and no consideration for us as a customer and our needs. "That's the way we do things" does not work when a customer has specific medical needs. Never had an issue like this at any other Pearl Vision center.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr John's and the staff in eye glass department where absolutely wonderful. I had a problem with my lenses sitting to low and the ladies spent time with me to get everything adjusted properly so they could order me new lenses. Thank you Jessica for your time and your willingness to help me see properly.
Initial I was satisfied. The office was small, staff were kind, visit simple, decent eyewear selection…then I ended up with a double eye infection after a standard annual eye exam. Also ended up paying $50 out of pocket per visit for follow ups after getting the eye infection because the doctor didn’t do medical & I didn’t receive the proper prescription. I went in for my appointment (which I had for weeks) only to find they no longer accept my insurance. They haven't accepted it for almost a year, yet it's still listed on their website. Please update your website! I gave 2 stars because at least the lady behind the counter was very nice.
