This place is top-tier when it comes to eye care. I only spoke with Jake, who was fantastic—knowledgeable, personable, and clearly a great reflection of the entire team. They accept most insurance plans, offer unique solutions for astigmatism, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. Highly recommend for anyone looking for expert care in a comfortable setting!
I have been coming to Pearl Vision for many years. Miguel jabs helped me and my entire family of all ages. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient in helping us find the best frames and ensuring our prescriptions are perfect. He has helped all of my kids get the perfect glasses and was also instrumental in helping my 11 year old successfully transition into contacts He was so caring and supported us through the entire process. I wish I could give 10 stars .
Back to back experiences getting mislead on glasses. First time they didnt have the preferred frames in stock, but they had the solution of “buy this similar pair, and we’ll find the one you want online and replace them”. Never happened, got stuck with what I bought. Second experience- ordered glasses and contacts 12/30 after an exam. Was told 1-2 weeks. They never ordered the contacts and after checking two weeks later they ordered them “expedited for 1/20” They arrive 1/24. Still no glasses, I’m just “unlucky, usually it’s... read more
I was visiting from out of state and my Silhouette lenses were getting loose in the frame. Miguel Angel replaced my bushings tightened everything up. Only took a few minutes and he didn’t charge me for the repair! Thankful for great, and friendly, customer service!
Friendly and clean layout. My appt was for 4:20pm, I did not get seen until 5pm. Once I was taken back by the Optician Jake for initial evaluation intake I was then seen by Dr. Nguyen. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. From there, I was met with Jake again to pick out frames and he was beyond helpful with the “look” I was going for and made the process fun and easy! 100% recommend this office ☺️
