Pearle Vision broke my only pair of glasses and charged me over $900 to fix their mistake. I went to the Costa Mesa location for an eye exam and was told to put new lenses ($430) into my existing Tom Ford frames. No one mentioned this might not work. When I came back, they couldn’t fit the lenses and sent me to Westminster. Westminster then broke my frames during the attempt.
