I went in for my first eye vision test in over a decade. I started using cheaters about six years ago. Started at a 1.25 now I'm at a 2 so it was time to get a pair of real glasses. Dr Smith & Staff are always great to work with!! Dr Smith is very thorough and listens to your needs and addresses them, something you don't always find these days!! Dr. Smith has a very friendly and caring staff that goes the extra mile to take care of their customers!!
Dr. Smith was great, very knowledgeable and made my eye exam a breeze with no pressure to upsell services a person doesn’t need. The reception staff however was very clipped and standoffish in person. I received the wrong prescription and did not catch the error until I’d ordered new lenses. When I realized what had happened and contacted the office I was spoken to very dismissively and was told they would email the correct prescription before being hung up on.
