Usually go there for my eye appointments. The Doctor is awesome. But his administration needs to do better. I have been waiting for a doctor’s note from them for 20days now I called twice and it was never sent to me. Great doctor but his administration needs to do better. I have been experiencing migraines at work and I needed a doctor’s note. I even attached a form that just needed to be filled and I literally had to keep calling. So disappointed.
I had a great experience and I got to know my new eye Dr along with the latest computerized eye Exam ware! I was in and out with glasses ordered all my questions answered in less than an hour whew!
The person that helped us, Amy, was amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable
Great doctor and receptionists. Sometimes Ill swing by just to get my glasses adjusted and theyre always so kind. Theyre great at answering questions from vision problems, to insurance payments and even help you pick out frames. I always feel welcomed and heard at my appointments.
Great place to go if you want top tier treatment. My eye doctor was so patient with me and explained everything so clearly. I really appreciate the care that he takes explaining my test results that deal with diabetes. It makes me feel extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Pearle Vision to everyone.
