Very friendly and helpful! My exam was very thorough and i was clearly communicated to about any findings. I felt very comfortable asking questions and liked the level of explanations was clear and at a level that made sense to me. I will definitely be going back and would recommend them!!

All of the personnel at this location are unique in their degree of helpfulness, patience, overall knowledge, attitude, and caring. It makes such a difference. I have been to plenty of other opticians and locations in the past and none of them come close to the great service and treatment that I received at Pearle Vision in Oak Park Heights. I have just returned from the new (to me) Pearle Vision center in Oak Parks Heights. I could not be more satisfied from the service I received. Trying to support owner/operated small business’s I found that they offer a larger chain value with the personal attention of a small business. DR. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! Bill was very patient and helpful when I was picking out my frames. He explained everything clearly when we were checking out, and it turns out he’s the owner. Wonderful experience overall!
