All of the personnel at this location are unique in their degree of helpfulness, patience, overall knowledge, attitude, and caring. It makes such a difference. I have been to plenty of other opticians and locations in the past and none of them come close to the great service and treatment that I received at Pearle Vision in Oak Park Heights. I have just returned from the new (to me) Pearle Vision center in Oak Parks Heights. I could not be more satisfied from the service I received. Trying to support owner/operated small business’s I found that they offer a larger chain value with the personal attention of a small business. DR. DeSautel was exceptional in communicating the process and listening to my needs. She has all the coolest new tech which made the examination actually enjoyable (normally I hate them.) The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! Bill was very patient and helpful when I was picking out my frames. He explained everything clearly when we were checking out, and it turns out he’s the owner. Wonderful experience overall!
Bill was great and the overall experience was awesome. We’ll be back! Great selection of glasses and very quick turnaround, with EyeMed insurance we got both pairs of glasses within 24hrs of placing the order (depends on your insurance if it is this quick or not). We will always go to Pearle Vision from now on!
My first glasses at 44. I scheduled the appointment at 11 and had glasses by 2. It was relaxed and efficient. I felt like they gave me their full attention and were very professional. I am really glad I went here and I will keep going back for my eye care needs.
