Best glasses every time
Excellent! New and updated equipment, friendly and informative staff. We have gone to Shopco optical in the past, but the experience here was 100% better. This is where my family and I will go from now on.
I've never written a review before but our experience with this location was outstanding and I felt the need to share. My wife had an exam and ordered glasses here a couple of weeks ago. We were both really impressed with the service. The check in process was very smooth and very efficient. Within 5 minutes of arriving, my wife had her forms completed on a tablet and was started with her eye exam. No waiting for the doctor at this place! Had an excellent experience working with both Karen and Bill. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I was also thrilled to see an eye doctor in real life vs virtual (competitor nearby). So happy with my new glasses and will be back for more!
Very friendly and helpful! My exam was very thorough and i was clearly communicated to about any findings. I felt very comfortable asking questions and liked the level of explanations was clear and at a level that made sense to me. I will definitely be going back and would recommend them!!
