I was so impressed with the care and professionalism during my first appointment. At no time did I feel like I was being “shuffled” through the system. Great care from the owner to the doctor!
As soon as I walked in as a new customer, Karen, the owner made me feel very welcome. She was so friendly and helpful getting me registered. When it came time to see Dr. DeSautel, I was so impressed with her competence and the thoroughness of her exam. She performed tests that I had never had done before. In the end, I've got a new contact prescription that has improved both my near and far vision. I cannot recommend this business more enthusiastically. Thank you both so much!
Absolutely the best place to get your vision care! The owners Karen and Bill deliver superior customer service! We are a family of six and come here every year for exams and eyewear. Always the best experience. They truly care about their customers. Thank you.
Very kind staff and very quick and efficient. Great place for exams, and amazing prices for such high end frames!
