Rude staff, young woman kept giving me dirty looks
He is kind and answer all question.
Their service was terrible! Told us that they could no longer do hour service for prescription glasses. That they were waiting two weeks for glasses. And no one does that anymore. We walked 5 minutes to LensCrafters and had glasses in just over an hour. I think they were busy and didn't give a flip. I highly recommend LensCrafters in the mall but stay away from Pearle Vision! They are owned by the same parent company but staff is much different!!!!

I always get my prescription glasses from Pearl vision. I'm satisfied of their great service. They are helpful in every way. Thanks to Janet who assisted me and she's great.
