Very helpful. Knowledgeable with their products.
Their lab is in Toronto. Takes forever for order processing, consignment shipping ext. If the lens are not correct again it takes same time for getting the eye glasses . Very inefficient and slow process. Staff are ok though . If one don’t have eye glasses to use while pearl vision is processing your order , better not go with their business.
Poor service. I do not recommend. Very are Very slow to process the orders
