We were staying at Owen Sound for a few days and accidentally my spouse broke his only glasses he had with us. Cynara from Pearle Vision located at the mall was quick to assist us - when we showed up early Saturday morning. She was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I came to Pearle Vision hoping to find glasses that were more comfortable then the pair I had purchased from my optometrist office. The woman working was so pleasant, kind and very easy to work with. She held no judgment with me coming with a prescription from another office. She was helpful from beginning to end and I ended up picking out two pairs. The staff are super awesome. They helped me with a pair of glasses that had been bent badly. Fixed my problem at no charge even though I hadn’t bought them there. They made my week! I’ll be purchasing all future glasses from here.
Staff at this location are great. We have been going there for years and they have been friendly and know what they are doing.
