Not great with insurance information or accommodating changes. I spoke with the office a week before my appointment regarding my insurance and the payments needed for my visit. I was told a certain amount, however when I got to the office I was told a different amount and that they just learned the change that morning. I came in with my glasses missing a screw, the lady at the front desk was very kind and helped me fix them quickly.
Pearle Vision Odessa is amazing Dr. Jemila Abdulgabbar (Dr. A) is an amazing Optometrist. She listens and takes her time with you, you never feel rushed. It refreshing to know that there are still great doctors out there.
Came in just to tighten up my glasses Jackie was very professional. Will definitely come here again for my next exam.
