The Dr. was terrific! The fact that they charge 3% for credit card transactions is absolutely ridiculous! Plenty of other eye ware companies that don’t!
Very nice staff, and pleasant environment. LOTS of upselling and upsell assumption here, though. It’s very clear that they are instructed to add every conceivable upgrade whether you need it or not. Their prices are already on the high side vs competition, so I would recommend that you really question whether you need everything they ‘recommend’. Great experience at Pearle Vision in Odessa, FL. Everyone on staff was welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with frames I selected. I would highly recommend them for your eye care needs.
