I told them when I called I needed a diabetic eye exam for my eyes . They said yes . Again I told them when I checked in and they confirmed to me that they understood .Not until I saw the optometrist she informed that I would need to see a ophthalmologist . So the 40.00 co-pay was just money lost . As a retired person to me it's a lot of money ! Maybe train your personal that there is a difference . !Thank you so much for nothing !
