I am very disappointed with my experience. They promised twice to send my eye prescription via email, and both times they failed to do so. I should have just asked for a hard copy while I was at the office instead of believing my request was important enough to be followed through on. Even after calling again, I still haven't received it. I'm posting this to see if anyone actually cares; otherwise, I'll have to go in person next weekend to get this resolved.
Went in for my son’s eye appointment. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Eye exam was standard and they were able to give a diagnosis in the moment. Went above and beyond helping finding the right pair of frames for him.
