I don't usually give full marks to any surveys because I can't help feeling that nothing is perfect. However, in regards to Pearle Vision Optical in downtown Kingston. I give full marks. The salesperson was extremely helpful to me. After explaining to her the type of frames that I wanted, the 3rd pair that she handed me were exactly what I had been looking for (instead of the usual "okay" frames).
