Had absolutely excellent service from Mishga who helped me pick my frames and arranged the sale and also from Lillian who ensured both my pairs of glasses were a perfect fit when I came in to collect them. A+ assistance and value for my money.
Lillian adjusted my glasses free of charge, even when though I didn’t purchase my pair from them. She took her time to make sure the fit was perfect!
Ask for Mishga at Pearl Vision Coquitlam Best optical experience I’ve ever had. Mishga was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to explain my prescription, broke down lens options without any pushy sales tactics, and helped me pick frames that actually suit my face and lifestyle. I was in the Coquitlam store to have my glasses adjusted on the nose pad and received excellent customer service from Lillian and she also checked how it was sitting behind the ears and adjusted it for better comfort as well.
