The receptionist was very kind and organized. The dr was 20 minutes late, then it was anticipated to be another 15 on top of that. Never ended up getting seen because I had to leave to go to work.
Went into the store , the lady was on the phone and did not even ask if I wanted assistance. Even with me out the store she still continued to be on the phone.
Selection was great, staff is very helpful
Very poor service. My son and I waited for 1 hour while the ladies helping us kept repeatedly screwing up the data to input for insurance submission. Easily made 5 to 10 mistakes. Very frustrating. As the end i asked the manager working if something can be done to make up for this. She said no. Will never shop here again. She even got the email address wrong for us to provide feedback yo their company.
Great the young woman new her stuff very very helpful helping me pick out a pair of glasses and getting everything put through my policy will be sure to return
