Pearle vision went out of their way to help me, when 3 months later there was a problem with one of the lenses. This is the third pair of glasses bought there. They solved my problem right away. Will be going there for the next pair.
A friend of mine suggested Pearle Vision at Carlingwood Mall, so I tried it. From the doctor who examined me to the support staff, as I was also getting new prescription glasses, were amazing. Very professional and very helpful. Suggested what might or might not work for my particular eye correction, and even found me a great discount. I would certainly recommend this location.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Raechelle Aranha. She is incredibly friendly, funny, and truly makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend rather than just a patient. She takes the time to joke with you and makes the whole visit feel comfortable and relaxed. She was also amazing at helping me understand my prescription in a way that was clear and easy to follow.
