Hello, I came in earlier today to ask about some glasses. I was being friendly, but the lady at the front desk — wearing thick glasses — didn’t even greet me or introduce herself. She spoke to me quite harshly, as if I had come in to ask silly questions. She also looked at me in a way that made me feel very uncomfortable, almost as if I were from another planet.
