Great service!
This was our first visit to Pearle. Ross at the Regent Mall, Fredericton, NB store went above and beyond in explaining all options for lenses and helping us choose the perfect frames. It was obvious to us he loves his job. He is a great ambassador for Pearle. We are extremely happy with the service we received and with our glasses and sunglasses and will definitely refer family and friends to Pearle .
As usual Pearl knocked it out of the park with great customer service! If you’re ever having second thoughts about buying the warranty for your new glasses, DON’T! I recently had to claim on two pairs of glasses and they were replaced without issue! Thanks Ross and staff!
Friendly and amazing service! I have never had an issue and always satisfied! Great people and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Will always recommend them to anyone! Ross always goes above and beyond!
