I had to go into Pearl Vision today to fix a problem with one of my pairs of glasses, and as always, Ross was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Been dealing with Ross so long he feels like/is a friend.
I had a great experience getting my new glasses. Lori was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me find the best fit for me. I really appreciated her help and was very happy with the service I received.
