Great experience with Chris at Pearle Vision. He was very knowledgable, helpful and professional. At age 59 I had to purchase eyeglasses for the 1st time in my life. He explained options, assisted me in choosing frames and lenses, and we were done in 15 minutes. Seamless process. I highly recommend this eye care expert store.......
once again. same glasses bent. this time they broke and i just so happened to have my first old (broken) pair with the one arm still intact. tracy worked miracles and replaced the broken arm with my good one and they fit better than ever. best glasses place in the entire county.
A friend recommended Pearle Vision to me because my glasses were not sitting straight on my face. I never would have thought I could just walk in and they would help me. They were very nice and helpful. And would not take any payment. I am seriously thinking of going back when I need my annual check up.
Back in July we had a contact lens emergency and Chris came to the rescue. He got us a few samples to use until we were able to get the regular contacts shipped to where we were staying. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. Great customer service!
