Review for Cape Coral location on Pine Island Road. Optometrist - Excellent Selection - Average Customer Service- Owner is extremely loud, obnoxious, and annoying. Discusses to much personal information with staff in a manner for all to hear.
From start to finish everyone was amazing!!! Dr Nelson was the boom she explained everything in a way I could understand it.The rest of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend this location to anyone I know needs glasses or an eye exam.
Mary did an amazing job of making sure I had the best experience as regards processing my insurance and getting the best quality lenses and frames for the money .. She took all the time necessary to see it was done right instead of being in a hurry
John was great helping me find my glasses! Also guiding us through the whole process and everything we need! we appreciated all the help and will definitely be back because of him! And overall the whole crew here when walking in to walking out we beyond helpful and great with customer service!
