Best optical experience I have ever had getting my eye exam and glasses done. Everyone is super friendly, courteous, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. The eye exam was also amazing. Super fast, suoer accurate, and the doctor takes the time to go over the findings with you. They also have a wide selection of frames for every brand imaginable. I highly recommend them. Ask for Mary. She absolutely AMAZING!
I called to ask a couple of questions and possibly make an appointment but after talking to the optician on the phone, I decided not to come there. The optician was very rude and was not helpful at all. Ultimately, she hung up on me mid sentence when I tried to explain for the third time the situation. She lacks listening skills and customer service training.
See Mary she is awesome and has taken care of me 3 times in the past few years. Excellent customer service and personable. And I love their selection of frameless glasses
I scheduled my first eye exam, and it went so smoothly. Dr. W and Stacy were very nice and helpful, and were able to answer every question I had for them. They had a beautiful selection of glasses, and the place was well organized too.
Thank you, Mary for a great job. Fixing my glasses. I really appreciate it and it only took five minutes.
