How to change my review. I got my new glasses 6 months ago and I'm having the same issues yes they took care of it last time but new glasses the same issue is happening it's ridiculous I don't know what they're using in their transitions but it's horrible. Never had this issue at the other places I went to. and on top of which I don't wear the glasses because when I got them home and washed them the transitions discolored and I really don't have time to keep driving back and forth to Pearle vision to get this issue resolved ... read more
Thank you for a great experience. The doctor was great. She gave me a good knowledge while I received my eye exam and the owner helped me pick out a great pair of frames. The selection is really nice here. 5 star service. Highly recommended!
I was waiting for my glasses for 16 days and was getting a little angry but Susie the owner got ahold of me and said it was an insurance issue and she called me back a few hours later and my glasses were in. Thanks Susie now I can enjoy my vacation. Thanks again.
