Good quality service, Courtesy, and pleasant dealing with customers.
Excellent staff and very kind. My glasses get loss on me and everything I walked in they were happy to see me and tightened the glasses no charge every time. The optometrist is top drawer. Would not go anywhere else now.

gave me great service a while back - but the REAL kicker was the fact that over a year later, I stopped by as one of my pairs of reading glasses were severely damaged, including one arm falling off. The gentleman at the counter took great care in reassembling and fixing them at no charge - ON THE SPOT! He even took a moment to polish the lenses before he returned them to me. To me, this is elite customer service, and they will have my business forever.
