Dear Pearle Vision Team at Lakeshore, thank you for the amazing service, I was coming in for a spontaneous walk-in to get an eye exam and was lucky that there was a free slot! Great service
I was going to Pearl Vision in Etobicoke for years. I had an appointment in February, 2025; my yearly check up. I received no phone call to remind me. The reason I did not was because they moved to a new location. No problem. However there was no contact to tell me they had moved. Pearle Vision's motto is "no one cares for eyes more than Pearle" Obviously this motto is not true. I'm not the only customer they did this too. Good quality service, Courtesy, and pleasant dealing with customers.
Excellent staff and very kind. My glasses get loss on me and everything I walked in they were happy to see me and tightened the glasses no charge every time. The optometrist is top drawer. Would not go anywhere else now.
