I recently visited this location and I am giving it five stars. The Optometrist was very professional and friendly and explained everything to me. She was able to assist me with all my concerns. Then there’s Selena, whom displayed exceptional service in assisting me. I highly recommend this location; to everyone especially if you live in Richmond hill.
I have been using this location for the last 8 years. I have myopia and astigmatism. A couple months ago dr. Inrava Khasnabish told me my vision was not correctable to 20/20 anymore. I have a hard time seeing on the small laptop screens my job just switched to. I took an accommodation form which she just need to check off the vision box and list my eye conditions and list a recommendation to provide an adequate screen or larger screen laptop. Update: 08/2025 I am updating this review because we just had an awful experience here. We ordered new lenses with them from frames we previously purchased with them. They told us repeatedly that it would only take 45 minutes... It took 2 hours. AND my sunglasses came back broken. They were just two years old in fine condition... But they told us that the sunglasses frame was taking extra time because it was tight. When they finally brought them out, the hinge was extremely wobbly and they were loose. Friendly and great customer care, but i got bit 7x on my thigh by a bed bug. I was mortified!!
