A store associate figured out what was wrong with my new script by researching my previous script they had on file. After discovering that the new optometrist I had seen in my neighborhood had weakened the script slightly in left eye, she assisted me in calling the doctor to discuss modifications. This worked and Pearle did not charge me for having to re-do three pairs of glasses even though it was not their error!
