Wow thanks Pearl Vision for waiting till you know 2 hours before my eye appointment that I have had scheduled for over a week, to tell me you dropped my insurance and that you will see me today, but you won't be able to bill my insurance....real nice...good customer service there
Horrible. Was told my order was refunded and the money would be back in my account yesterday then said today that they can't refund it so now my account is overdrawn and the lady had no answers for me when I called to see what happened. Very upset and will never go back
A big shout out to Pearle Vision. They fixed my husband's glasses after a bad dog episode at no charge. And trust me they looked beyond repair to me! ! Thank you
Scheduled and appointment for today... Even got an email reminder yesterday, only to show up and be told that they didn't have a Doctor there. I asked if the Doctor would be in tomorrow since my husband had a scheduled appointment, and they said no. So glad that I wasted my time and gas for nothing. The lady that I talked to when I got there seemed to have a stick up her ass, too! Rediculous!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
