I called to schedule an appointment and they got me in the next day. There were some issues with my insurance but they called and got it taken care of with no issue. I had to take my 2 1/2 year old with me and they were so kind about it. They tried to keep him entertained so I could focus on my paperwork and exam.
Almost three months and still I have one crooked pair of glasses and one pair I can't see out of due to the prescription being incorrect. The worst customer service experience of my life, and frustrating doesn't even sum it up. Lies and excuses and no resolve. Beyond mad at this point and no one is helping me.
Scheduled appointment 3 times and had them all canceled by the office, will be taking my business elsewhere. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
My wife went in for glasses and contacts. The lady at the counter tried to add on every extra they offered without asking her, just so they could charge more. After she found out the price there was double everywhere else she ended up with just glasses. It was extremely expensive for that pair of glasses and now it's been over 2 weeks and still haven't received the glasses. They told her to come get them at 9:00 this morning and they don't open till 10:00 now she is stuck waiting for an hour in the parking lot. Thanks pearl ... read more
