Horrible customer service! Scammed us with unnecessary charges! $300 later and my daughters glasses are already breaking at only a month old. Will never return. Just wish I could have our money back and go elsewhere!

An hour wait past my scheduled appointment. Changed my present Acuvue 2 contacts to a more expensive brand, ever though, I was pleased with them. Receptionist had a hard time trying to figure out what contacts I was to receive. Over charged me and try to insist that I get glasses and would get discount if I ordered them with my contacts by only if I paid for at day of exam. I just went there with my wife to get us both a new pair of glasses and to get our contact exam. The lady in there told us we have a "75 or 80 dollar fee for a fitting" for contacts when I have a 0 dollar copay with my insurance. I called my vision insurance and they told me that they were incorrect by trying to charge us that and asked if I wanted them to call Pearle Vision and I said no I'll take my business elsewhere
