I had eye exam one year ago. The optometrist prescribed glasses. I paid over $200 for the lenses. When I returned for my annual check up yesterday, I still complained that the glasses had not made much difference. The optometrist then gave me a thorough eye examination. He said my prescription was the same as the one he wrote last year. He then proceeded to inspect my lenses and said THE PRESCRIPTION IN MY GLASSES WAS NOT THE ONE HE HAD WRITTEN!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER LOCATION OF PEARLE VISION.My glass frames have Ben there since November 15, 2021. As of 12/27/2021, they lost the order for new lenses and are just now ordering new ones. Customer service is non-existent, phone calls are never returned. My wife and I both have had a bad experience there, lack of service, personnel that lie directly to your face, and a general lack of care by the customer service techs.
It’s amazing that the website for Family First Vision care- Marietta gets 4.8 out of 5 stars, their EMPLOYEES MUST BE writing the reviews! Ever since I ordered glasses from the Johnson Ferry location it’s been a DISASTER ! Very unprofessional staff. They barely acknowledge you when you come in the door, but try their damnedest to upsell you on their products. Good luck finding an associate that actually answers the phone without an attitude.
I went today for an exam and was told I didn’t have insurance and I said I did and she stated we cannot find you in the system. I would have to pay out of pocket to get the exam. I left and went to my car looked up my insurance and called them back and stated I told you I had coverage and she said well it must be one we don’t participate in and I said it’s the biggest insurance company in the country and she was not pleased. This is my 2nd time in 2 years going there for an exam. My experience couldn't have been any better. They always get my prescription right and accomplished what no optometrist before could do....giving me a great pair of glasses on the first try. I'm so happy I found this place!
Booked my appointment online in April. Have gotten two emails AND a postcard, asking me to confirm my appointment. The links in the emails weren't working, so I called the office and get told I have no appointment booked?
