Stopped in today for an emergency nose pad replacement and was greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Kate was able to replace my nose pads and straighten my glasses, all with a friendly smile and great customer service!

The selection of frames is incredible here and I really felt like the staff enjoyed working and wanted their guests to be satisfied. One of those staff members even went as far contact my insurance company for me during my appointment to get me information I had mentioned I wasn't sure about. Above and beyond! (:
SERIOUSLY!! Loved the customer service and the quality of service we received - Natalee Frie is fantastic! I can't imagine going to see anyone else! Matt helped us and was patient, considerate, and fun ... and has a great eye for picking out frames.. Matt's co-workers also chimed in to help me and my husband choose frames... was a fun adventure! Four trips to try to get glasses correct. They damaged frames, had to pick new ones, sent sun glasses instead of Transitions, lens wrong, then damaged replacement lens, and scratched frames, stripped screw that holds lens, finally sent replacements directly to me. Supposed to send damaged ones back with enclose shipping label. Return shipping label addressed to ME, WRONG! Used to have good service, have no idea what has happened to them. Disappointing is an understatement!
The people here are so nice and helpful. Im glad i tried them... I will not go anywhere else for my eye care... Good location...
