From one of my staff: When you work with people with special needs, you get to be a part of their lives, and their gateway towards the "everyday" world. Today, at the Fashion Square Mall, our group of eight people, we were entering the food-court, for lunch and walking. I scheduled an appointment online after reading on Pearle Vision’s website that they accept my insurance. I drive a half hour, just to be told that they don’t accept my insurance. The guy that assisted me was friendly and it wasn’t his fault, but I will not return to Pearle Vision. If they can’t even figure out what insurance they do take, how can they be trusted to get a prescription correct?
I had a great experience with the staff. I received my glasses within the 2 weeks.
I recently had the worst experience here, and I have NEVER written a bad review on a company before in my life. Very unprofessional and will never be back again.
