I when for an eye exam and new glasses. Eye doctor was excellent, professional, friendly and thorough.
Pearle Vision in Grand Junction, next to the mall is very disappointing. I have asked them three times to replace my warranty lens. First time was a rude woman that said she would order my replacement lenses and email my husbands prescription because Pearle Vision did not do his lenses correctly. (We ended up going to Walmart, getting cheaper frames and his lenses were done properly) Second time I called a nice young man said he would take care of it, (My lenses were not ordered and my warranty expires at the end of November... read more
I asked for a particular set of glasses to be made, but it was all to hard for these clowns to just do as they were asked. Not impressed at all!
