Rate 1 Star Today, we had a 3 PM appointment at Lenscraftersin Puyallup, WA. My husband needs to be seen. He is a new patient. When I called to make the appointment I told the woman on the phone we had VSP. She took my info down and the last 4 digits of my social and said she was taking care of the rest. RecommendedHands down the best experience! Not only was everyone friendly and knowledgeable, but each person took the time to answer my questions. Best of all, Dr. Shergill, O.D., listened to my concerns about my vision and took the time to help me see!!
Very Nice Helpful Staff. Victoria was patient and very helpful with picking out frames with me for my first time needing glasses. The Optometrist Dr. Shergill was kind and very knowledgeable. Definitely will come back with any other eye care needs.

I went in for an eye exam and wasn't expecting a great experience based on a past experience at a different Pearle Vision. However, the doctor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I dread the eye doctor due to many vision/eye issues, but my experience here was great. I would definitely go back. The optometric technician was also friendly.
