My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Broder over 15 years. My eyesight is extremely important in my line of work and I really don't know what I would do without proper vision. Not only is he very professional in how he treats his patients but is a perfectionist at his craft. Ruined my lenses when all I needed was my glasses adjusted. Then offered me a deal on new lenses or glasses. Ridiculous. Stay away. Stupid works here.
Waiting three full weeks for a repair that was suppose to be a few days! Always excuses, no communication. I'd recommend going somewhere else. Paid $700 for a pair of low quality sunglasses. Shame on me!
The office staff doesn't communicate with each other. They have no idea what insurance companies they participate with. I finally decided to go to another company who I can trust.
