I was in the store today for about 10 minutes, but not one person asks if I needed help... I was ready to buy glasses, but for some reason, I guess I wasn’t a qualified candidate.. I used to buy my glasses from there all of the time. I don’t think I will be back nor will I recommend this store to anyone. Very disappointed.
I visited this location while shopping for new glasses. The representative offered to clean my current pair while I browsed. When the glasses were returned to me, the anti-glare coating had been damaged and the glasses were basically unusable. It was immediately noticeable and I was even nervous about driving home. I had to pay out of pocket to get the lenses replaced as the store manager would not do anything. So far very good service. Chose them over Lenscrafters, Cosco, Walmart. Ordered today, hopefully they will be delivered quicker than "William Joseph Mccarthy IV" comments below. Adrian helped me pick out a nice pair (in record time) and Vanessa was more than helpful completing my transaction. I'll update when glasses are delivered and adjusted. I hope to raise my 4 stars to 5 !
Horrible service. Waited 2 weeks for glasses and got them. Had wrong prescription sent them back 3 weeks later still haven't gotten the write ones. Only redeeming quality is they gave me a pair of glasses to use until my right ones came it. Salespeople are nasty and not helpful
