They didn’t honor their return policy. I took my glasses back in to have them switched to lined bifocals because the progressive lenses are not working for me. They told me to get a new Rx from my eye care specialist. That’s wrong on my part because now I’m stuck with glasses I’m not able to wear. I paid almost $600.00 for them.

I went and got my exam said was told I’d get a rebate for my contacts and they’d be here in two weeks I haft to do it by 4 weeeks welll 4 weeks goes by and no contacts now theirs nothing they can do with them I called and Asked if my glasses were ready cause it’s been almost 4 weeks and heard nothing they said rudely “no we’d call if they were ready” so I call again a week later and they say they called me two weeks ago that they were ready never got that call and I literally called a week ago and was told they weren’t in ye... read more

RecommendedExtremely friendly staff willing to walk with me for quite some time while I was being indecisive. Elizabeth was very kind and sweet when I had anxiety with the machines and helped me find a style of glasses to compliment me most. Doctor was very personable and fun to talk to during eye exam. definitely would recommend!

Setting up the appointment with Pearle Vision was easy I loved how they followed up multiple times, by text, email, and calling me to make sure I still wanted the appointment set up for 8/28, on a Friday. The day of the appointment everything went smoothly. I then was able to order a pair of glasses with the works, which was not cheap. I was told it would take 3 weeks.
