they are the worst, bought 2 pair of glasses in February they are still not correct after going every Saturday back to them they still have 1 pair the pair I am wearing is not correct they sold me a warranty on all glasses without my knowledge and refuse to give me my money back asked 3 times now. they could care less about anything and they do it with smile not right total BS. they haven't heard the last of me for sure. people watch out for Amy she sells things u don't ask for and refuse to give money back
I went for an eye exam the day after the big snow storm of the year that had closed the mall for a day. The doctor was great. She was very thorough and personable. Then I went to pick out frames. After deciding on a pair, the lady at the desk out front started helping me. She entered all of my VSP insurance information and took the necessary measurements. Very nice staff, great with kids. Glasses are very expensive though, more feasible to get eye exam there and take your prescription to a more competitive retailer.
