We had wrong prescriptions for the whole family, and my wife has two pair of glasses due to wrong prescriptions. This is the Doctor error and we have faced so many lives risk during driving which the store peoples can't understand. we went to their store, but they deny the lens replacement and asking for more money. Still waiting on my glasses. It has been almost 6 weeks. This place is just horrendous! NEVER. EVER. AGAIN!

I don't t recommend Pearle Vision. My lenses were horrendous and needed to be sent back and remade. I was never offered any compensation of any sort. They were sent back to the lab again without any priority or rush status put on them. I had to wait another week for my glasses. I would not recommend Pearle Vision to anyone and discourage anyone who is thinking of going there. I also had answered a Pearle Vision survey and no one has ever followed up with me.
