same experience – worst experience ever buying glasses at this location. i had to contact pearle corporate and they ran into the same local "well, we called him" (he hadn't) roadblock. i had to suggest legal action to the corporate president to get my money back. as bad as sunset valley was, the lakeline location is just the opposite: spectacular, customer-focused service. wherever you live, they are worth the drive.
Awesome!!!! – I had one of the best times at this Pearle Vision, Christina and Richard were wonderful and extremely helpful. They made what is usually a painful experience for me go very smooth I will return next year for new glasses.
Horrible service and Gen Manager – After taking two weeks to put the wrong prescription into the frames I purchased, the best customer service the GM at Pearle, his name is Richard, could muster was overnighting the glasses to me when they received them(no apology, no "we're so sorry, this never happens"). That would've worked out if he had written a apt number on the package. He did not, when UPS called for a apt number, Pearle refused to release the info.
