I had a great experience on Monday, 31 March. I neglected to get names, but all of the staff were helpful throughout the process from intake, to exam to fitting and selection of frames. I took advantage of the bundle promotion and got two frames for the price of one. I love my frames and I’d definitely patronize again. My only gripe is that I wish the pricing was a bit better and military discounts were offered, but I realize that this is beyond the control of individual franchises.
I don't feel like the customer is first here anymore it's just get you in take your money and get you out.
Im happy w/ my visit, everybidy were nice & very accomodating. Optometrist is very sweet & very keen & precise & knowledgable. The manager is very good too & i got my glasses same day. Thsnk u audrey.
Great customer service I was seated before my appointment time. The Dr. gave a thorough exam and took time to answer my questions. They even held the door for me on my way out.
