The entire staff is very welcoming and pleasant to all customers AS SOON AS the customer enters Pearle Vision. They were very accommodating and professional in every way. I was pleasantly surprised this was the great, positive energy being exerted at an optical establishment. Thank you!
Pearl vision has exceptional customer service, and does quality work involving ophthalmology. I lost my Ray-Ban sunglasses, The kind with prescription. Those are being replaced. I’m a little bit relieved that it is not a total loss, and that they are coming. Anywhere you go in the Las Vegas area, a place like this is not easy to find.
The initial engagement with the assistant was professional, courteous, and very respectful. Each step of he examination was explained as we went through the process. The doctor was thorough and explained the issues with my eyes and what to expect. The process of choosing new glasses was fun and the technician/assistant was funny and a joy to interact with. He explained the options and helped me choose the best frame.
