The gentleman who gave me all the testing went above and beyond customer service. Deserves a raise increase. The rest of the staff is friendly too (Mary H) Thank you Pearle Vision. Went back to order Sun glasses the young lady who helped, knew exactly what I wanted purchase, she went the extra customer service. John, after my initial exam, glasses were ordered, yet was never notified when they were in. Finally when I picked them up, lenses were wrong and had to do another exam. Lenses were reordered and a phone call last Tuesday I’m being told they have to re-measure…again!
i'm a returning customer i used to live by nellis so they were my go to spot moved closed to the tropicana location they did not disappoint fast speedy and very nice from the check in to the check out
Double check the price they quote you. On hindsight, the lady did not give me the correct quote after all insurance and promo is taken to account. I don’t if it’s intentional or not but I felt hurried and was not really given time to understand what I’m purchasing. The receptionist on the other hand was friendly and accommodating.
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
