I’ve been coming here once a year since 2017 and don’t plan on changing anytime soon. The staff have always been consistently welcoming, courteous, professional and helpful. Keep up the great work, folks!
When I originally came in for my exam as well as the time I came in to pick up my glasses, I had a wonderful experience with the 2 gentleman in the office. It wasn’t until I came in to pick up my contacts that I had a terrible experience. I was barely greeted by the 2 ladies in the front, a Caucasian lady with glasses and an African American lady with glasses named Ms. Q (I had to call back to get her name). I hate that I have to make this review as the staff were really nice with my appointments including the doctor and the male tech that did his job perfectly but some of the staff members are incompetent with every single visit I have made here. I initially called to make an appointment for contact lenses, the lady that made my appointment never added extra time for a required “contact lenses training” which made me have to wait for weeks to book another appointment and to receive my contact lenses, they also said they couldn’... read more
Everyone was super friendly, appt was at 2:20 I arrived at 2 and was taken back early and out of their by 2:40 which was great.
Although it was a pleasant experience purchasing my $800 sport Oakley sunglasses (supposed to stay on your head because of a wire that wraps around head) they only survived one wave while I was surfing. I won’t be spending that kind of money ever again
