Wonderful experience!! So helpful and accommodating. Professional and courteous. Our insurance was not accepted here but still bought glasses here because of the customer service, cost, and selection. Going to an in- network Pearce Vision would have only been cheaper if we took ugly frames. Highly recommend. Really went above and beyond. Not all Pearle Vision’s are the same. This is an A+ location.
Very kind and informative people. They take time to check into and explain everything, from your old script to insurance requests. The doctor has your eye health as his priority without being shameful. Abrar, the young woman who has helped us out front, knows the ins-and-outs of the entire shop, and is so helpful while you come to a decision about your eyewear!
This is my first time coming here for my daughter and I am super satisfied. They quality of the glasses was great. The employee at the desk was so happy when my daughter tried them on. During our appointment, she was always making sure everyone there was doing okay and allowed my daughter to find a pair of glasses she loved. I also loved how she wrote everything down as we spoke, and explaining everything to me so I can get a clear rundown of everything I should know before purchasing. The forth time going with problems with my glasses 🤓 everything I see is blurry, a double Can’t read the sing unless am close yet they make me think it’s my fault or u lie to them will see the next visit hope they solve my tortured eyes
