RecommendedSo, I decided to succumb to my reality of needing reading glasses and scheduled an appointment with Pearle Vision Oak Creek, WI. I was very impressed with the service and the full line of frames they carried. I would personally like to thank my eyewear consultant Jessica, who was very informative and patient. February 19th, 2020 This is the email Pearlevision Oak Creek said they did not receive. I have been trying to get a pair of working glasses from Pearle since November 2019. I have been in the store 7 times, had my glasses remade several times and they are not correct. They will not give me a refund. I would not go here if you have a high prescription and wear a bifocal. This was my first visit to Pearle Vision. Marianne my Optometric technician did a marvelous job helping me through the first part of my exam. Dr. Mueller was equally as helpful specially when it came to information for applying my contacts. Elisa was my eyewear consultant and I will say I was impressed by her sense of style and knowledge of each frame. Overall great experience.

I have been coming to the Oak Creek Pearle Vision for several years. I love the staff at this office and I have told many people how happy I am with this location. I love getting new glasses but I can get bogged down trying to pick out the right frames. Between Jemina and Liz I no longer have to worry about that. When I get a new prescription I go there and tell them the type of frames I like and what color scheme I am looking for and they take over. I’ve been a customer here for 3 years,for exams, glasses and contacts. I recently bought new glasses, then within 24 hours decided I wanted to cancel because I was considering Lasik. After talking to several people including the store manager, all I got were fake excuses about not being able to do anything for me. We recently went to Pearle Vision in Oak Creek to get tested and order new glasse for me and my husband. It was an extremely good choice, every aspect of our appts was so comfortable and pleasant....... the receptionists, the testing, everyone who tested us and worked with us to get the correct glasses that we needed......... I would absolutely recommend Pearle Vision Oak Creek Target Center as the place to go for help with vision and glasses !
