As of 12/27/2021, they lost the order for new lenses and are just now ordering new ones. Customer service is non-existent, phone calls are never returned. My wife and I both have had a bad experience there, lack of service, personnel that lie directly to your face, and a general lack of care by the customer service techs.
It’s amazing that the website for Family First Vision care- Marietta gets 4.8 out of 5 stars, their EMPLOYEES MUST BE writing the reviews! Ever since I ordered glasses from the Johnson Ferry location it’s been a DISASTER ! No itemized receipt, unanswered calls, no return messages, excuse after excuse when you have to actually go back in person to speak with someone ….and I wasn’t the only one!
