I have been a costumer for over 5 years and the staff are courteous. Sometimes the wait can vary from 5 minutes to 30 minutes but I am satisfied with the people once I have their undivided attention.
An excellent vision care business with excellent doctors and staff. The store manager in particular was very helpful. If this business is in your network, or out of network but you value great service, then choose this place!! It is awesome!!

I have been going to Pearl Vision for a long time and I am always happy. The service I receive is always top notch I feel like when I come in everyone already knows me I never have to wait very long to be helped no matter what I am doing be it contacts, glasses or seeing the doctor. I have been coming to this facility for several years. The doctors are great and the staff are fantastic. During my most recent visit the front office staff went above and beyond to help an elderly individual in and out of the exam rooms. These acts of kindness you donâ??t see in many settings. The way a staff treats their patients and especially their patients who need assistance speaks volumes about the facility. I highly recommend Pearl Vision in Roswell!
the staff is very friendly
I called yesterday and spoke with Christian regarding my damaged Gucci sunglasses. I told him I would stop by and speak with him to see if they could be repaired. He is the most pleasant person and his customer service on the phone matches his demeanor in person as well. He wasn't able to repair my shades to perfection but got them to where it was manageable. I appreciate his customer service over anything else. He deserves a raise!
Been going to Dr. Oifer since 2004. Great doctor, great staff, great place!
