In June of 2012 I purchase a pair of glasses for my son at Pearle Vision at 3811 S. Cooper St #2004; Arlington, TX 76015 for $99. Within one week of the purchase, the frames simply fell apart. We took them back to Pearle Vision; the gentleman working there looked at them and said the frames were defective. Disgusting service – Never been treated so badly in my life. The staffs are rude. They don't like to be asked a lot of questions, because they're dishonest in their sales. I was suspicious that my frame was the display though I had ordered it with the full price (not on reduced mark) as the frame looked quite used. They also gave me a lesser quality of lenses (lower refractive index) than what I had ordered. I felt I was being fooled, disrespected, and unappreciated for my business. Very RUDE customer service and ridiculously high prices! – If I could give it negative rating, I WOULD in a heart beat. I've been to this location last week. The lady there was VERY RUDE and their eyeglasses (frames and lenses) are ridiculously expensive. Pearl Vision is a SCAM!!! Whatever you do, please, do not, I repeat, do NOT go to Pearl Vision!! Unless you want to waste your money and receive bad service.
