Took them three attempts to get me apporiate glasses. I asked numerous times for franchise owner to contact me. They always told me I would hear from him, but that never happened. Anna wasn’t helpful and apparently she is in charge there. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for vision needs. This location is owned by an absent franchise owner who puts profits ahead of customer care.
Late July I went there to set up an appt. for August, was told the Drs. take the month of August off, to call at very end of August to set up appt. in Sept. They had to know they were closing.
I found Pearle Vision staff to be very helpful. From helping me to pick a frame to insurance & payment. I enjoy coming here for my glasses.
1 star for the manager. 5 stars for the doctor. He is great. The sales staff is also very helpful The manager is a condescending and patronizing Woman who couldn't help a client of more than 10 years with a simple adjustment. She talked down to me, reminded me that SHE knows glasses more than me and I, the wearer of this pair of glasses, knew less than her. I took my things and left.
