Like my visit, professional and pleasant staff, convenient location, easy to get to, excellent selection of frames and glasses.
The service I received here was sad and pathetic. I have never experienced treatment as unprofessional as the treatment I received from Dr. Patel today.. Her bedside manner was rude and condescending.. Dr Patel had a bad attitude, she rushed my appointment and seemed to be offended of my suggestion that I see an Ophthalmologist..I am writing a letter to Pearle Visions Corporate office and her medical board..
